WWI British Trench Art Horse Shoe

This is a very nice and extremely simple piece of genuine trench art.
A shell driving band has been used to create this horse shoe it has been made using two pieces with both parts riveted together.
The inscription reads" Made on the Battlefield of France by T Ellis 8-9-15"
A very nice simple piece nicely named to the soldier.
