Rare Father and Son Medal Group with Providence and History

This is a Father and Son medal group with paperwork etc.
The father is Arthur William Robson 4605 who enlisted in 1896 as a boy soldier aged 14 into the 18th Hussars Regiment and served in the Boer War and was discharged in 1908. During WWI he re-enlisted into the Bucks Yeomary service number 2066224.
His medal group the following clasps:
Belfast, Laings Nek, Orange Free State, Defence of Ladysmith, South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902.

Two greeting cards to his Mother
A collection of photos 3 of Arthur in uniform one as a boy soldier one wearing the actual service medals.
A portrait picture most likely Arthurs Mother
A 1892 sermon booklet
A receipt for a pair of clarinets 1921
A note from the regiment to his mother requiring married status details.
A original letter from Arthur to his mother whilst stationed in Palestine 1918 and a transcript of the original ( his mother actually written on the back " this is a beutiful letter from my son Arthur C Robson) it is 17 pages describing the religious sites of Jerusalem.
Sadly his son Charles Robson 5th Battalion 1st Royal Birkshire Regiment, Service No: 6179 did not survive the war his was killed in action at Loos Hill 70 on October 13th 1915.
The medal group is included to Charles along with a Death Penny named Charles Robson.
The medal group includes a 1914 Star (Mons Star ) awarded to all soldiers who served in France between 5th August & 22nd August 1914
This is also correctly named to the rear face of the medal

A Roll of Honour book to the Royal Berkshire Regiment which does include Charles Robson within the book is a receipt of purchase for the sum of £3.00 purchased by his mother.
This is a very sad and interesting collection worthy of further research. When I aquired these many years ago the vendor was trying to split them up I managed to keep them together and would not consider splitting them up. This is a rare opportunity to aquire such an extensive collection of family military history.
