German Nazi 1935 Saar Reunification Plaque

This is a 1935 Nazi Saar reunification plaque. The territory of the Saar Basin held a referendum on territorial status between being under French control or German. Saar was a German territory that was passed to French control following WWI.
The vote was held on the 13th of January 1935 with 90% voting to go back under German control.
The plaque itself has been mounted on a hardwood plinth certainly post WWII, if you notice the rear of the plaque has discolouring marks showing that originally it was mounted elsewhere. The fixing holes are original, clearly seen makers mark.
The D denotes Deutschland and S Saarland with the swastica in between the two hands shaking in greeting with the reunification.
A nice interseting piece of history.
