British 1965 Dated "Sold Out of Service Stamp"

This is slightly unusual, a 1965 dated sold out of service stamp in unused condition.
The wood is marked 1965 with makers code.
The bronze/gunmetal stamp plate is in lovely condition.
Amazing to think its 60 years old
