Rare Water Testing Poisons Kit No2 Mk.I

This is a very rare and unusual piece of collectable militaria. Dated to around late 1970-1980. This is a specialist piece of kit to test front line water conditions of poison contamination. This set is all new and unissued and complete. It has the outer transport metal container with the internal case protected within. Front flap lowers to reveal laminated user manual/instructions listing contents.
The set will test for acidity,cyanide,arsenic,chlorine,nitrogen mustard,nerve agent,heavy metals.
All test tubes and test equipment complete, sadly two test tubes are damaged but complete. all the individual contents within the test set appear unopened. Outer box measures 170x170x170mm.
These were issued in the Gulf War a nice unusual piece of military equipment rarely seen
